She is said to be 'ecstatic' by the baby's arrival. Adele announced her pregnancy back in June, writing on her official blog: 'I'm delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together.

Adele and Simon started dating last summer and moved in together earlier this year. Simon also has a five-year-old daughter with his ex-wife Clary Fisher.
Adele’s baby boy is just two days old, but he has already become the subject of a Twitter troll campaign.
News that the “Rolling in the Deep” singer had given birth on Friday prompted a storm of congratulations on the social media network – but some individuals used it as an opportunity to publish hurtful messages.
Vanessa Bieber (@PerfFemale) tweeted: “Aw Adele gave birth to a baby : ) is it fat and handicapped lol just murder it already lol.”
Other tweets included “Adele better not steal Bruno's Grammy for LOOH or I swear I’ll go see her in the UK." And kill her baby” from Brunos BOKinjay.
Trolls suggested that post-natal depression and a cot death would provide good song-writing material for the musician.
